Cixi City Waysun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.is located at Hushan Industrial Development Zone of Cixi City, which is at the center of golden economical delta among Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo. Our company was founded in 2000 and the factory covers 20000 square meters with factory building area14, 000 square meters. At present, our company is equipped with the modern advanced production assemble line and the daily production capacity over 100 metric tons of polyester staple fibers. Polyester lumen staple fiber is the dominant product of Waysun and we have already got ISO9001 - 2000 quality management system certification. The annual capacity comes to over 30,000 metric tons. Our products are sold well not only in domestic market but also in foreign countries. Such as West Europe, South America, Australia and Southeast Asia. In order to extend the scale of production, we have invested USD32.8 million in the polyester lumen staple fiber production assemble line in the Hangzhou Gulf new zone with the area 66700 square meters in March 2004, the dominant product is polyester lumen staple fiber series. The new factory can be put into use in July 2005.

    So far we have employed 250 staff including 35 professional technicians. At the lead of our general manager Jianping Shi and through four years hard working and good management operation our net assets amount to USD18, 000,000 and annual sales income exceeds USD13, 800,000 in the successive three years. In 2003, Waysun ranks in Top hundred enterprises in Cixi city.

    Our main products are polyester staple fiber (Hollow and highly elastic fiber)and the specification of our fiber is 1.5D - 25D × 32mm - 105mm. Polyester lumen staple fiber is made from PET, through spinning and finishing .It features high elasticity, softness, thermal insulation, acid resistance, alkali resistance and sun-proof.

    It has a wide application and a large quantity of demand in the market which is our desirable materials of stuffing and packing, bedclothes and other concerned materials, and our products are widely used in stuffing of toy, pillow, sofa, seat cushion and leaning cushion; thermal insulation lining of shoes, cap and garment and raw material of polyester towel, cotton cloth, carpet, spray finishing cotton, non woven, gel-free cotton and so on.

    PET is the basic materials of our products. We are in regular demand for recycled PET bottle flakes, blocks and also we can process recycled material of PET flakes for our clients.
